The Cadillac of Suites 

Everything included in the general and premier suite service plus receive packages up to 20 lbs from UPS and FedEx. All mail is received and handled by our professional staff at your virtual business mail address and can be forwarded bi weekly to an address of your choice if you cannot pick up your mail regularly ( for packages over 5 lbs in weight will require additional fees to forward).

Mail forwarding to your home or far away is easy and transparent. You see real time shipping prices for multiple carriers and levels of service, so you can choose the option that best meets your needs and budget.

You can opt to see what has been delivered to your mailbox via a clear image of the outside of every piece of mail or package received, including the sender information, so you can easily identify every item. Then you can request to forward mail and packages to any address. For special shipping instructions and parcels 5 lbs or more you will see real-time shipping prices for different carriers and levels of service, so you know exactly what each shipment will cost and when it will arrive.

You can view your mail from anywhere by checking your email or logging into your personal digital mailbox online. You can also receive a push notification to your phone via text/SMS and an email each time new postal mail arrives.

If you want to view what’s inside a letter without having to wait for it to be forwarded, request a scan of that item (up to 3 parcels and/or 3 pages per month), and it will appear as a PDF in your digital mailbox, where you can read, download or save it. If you want to discard unwanted mail, you have the option to request to discard it at no charge, or to shred it. If you live near your mailing address, you can schedule a pickup.
